Pros
This is a good place to get your foot in the door and some cash in your pocket. I was unemployed when I first started working at Concentrix, so I really just needed something right away. I started out as a Sales Rep and was able to work my way up into a Management position within a year. The possibility of upward growth is definitely there.
Cons
You're a body, not a valued person. Staffing levels and the bottom line take precedence over everything else. Also, the inbound sales programs will stick you on a closing shift (3-12) until you're ready to quit or raise a big enough stink.
