- promotion behind the back of the team and by how charismatic someone is in the eyes of the team leader, not equal opportunities for everyone as promised and not by performance
- overpromising and underdelivering (things promised during interview will never happen or nobody remembers them suddenly)
- Tickets to HR regarding health insurance that has not been issued after over 2 months of working here take more than 5 weeks to get answered
- changes in shift plans that directly impact income and make it hard to plan
- evasive payment system that grants a base salary of 6, XX € an hour (which is used to pay less in total when it comes to overtime, nightshifts or holidays) plus a language bonus that is kept separated from the salary and is not counted in when it comes to overtime, etc. (different languages get different bonusses - not equal pay for equal work)
-very chaotic and rules on how to do what change a lot but no system in place to ensure everyone gets the memo
