Cons
Everyone is two faced, trust no one. Especially if they have your best interest in mind. They say you work for Concentrix and not the client. But concentrix works for the client. The clients are racist, egotistical and arrogant. They don't care about you or your mental health. Want time off? Too bad you aren't friends with your Team Lead you don't get time off. Want to work a different shift? Too bad no one's to switch and no one wants to force anyone to switch because it's "too hard". They put on fake smiles and talk about you behind your back. The create a culture that if and when some leaves the business they actively make you forget how great that person was and fill your head with lies. "We care about the employees" "we're not like any other company". Yes they are they're exactly like every other greedy company out there.
