Get ready to work long hours, even as they tell you there is work-life balance, there is none. Work is first. There is no comp time. Primarily, there is NO training whatsoever. Even as they have procedures written down...you are supposed to figure things out on your own. Recently they had layoffs. So think twice. Benefits are expensive to get.
