Pros
The workers are great and do a decent job in spite of the horrid managers. The compensation and benefits are standard within the industry.
Cons
The CEO is old and set in his ways and all of his decisions are contrary to a productive work environment. This causes confusion and arbitrary orders given to middle managers who are clueless at best and totally inept at worst. Any company with the huge workforce turn over that this company has, shows it is being ran wrong from top down.
