Pros
Great technology. Extensive existing customers in their traditional spaces (Govt agencies and Mobile Network Operators). Management supports transition to new verticals and new segments for both existing customer base and new enterprise prospects.
Cons
Company has had difficulty transitioning from SOW driven sales to productized services. Lack of resource availability and focus on one or two segments where they can be successful is jeopardizing success in all areas.
