Benefits, and very few workers are still good there.
Cons
The company is comprised of lack of innovations, poor management, and flawed systems that hurt the companies customers. Management has no idea what there workers do and they constantly change the rules to amend certain things that work to there advantage and not there employees. The company itself is ran by someone who has brought in horrible leaders that work off the buddy system, so if your part of the group your ok, but if not be prepared to have work dumped on you constantly and never given a second to breath. If you think your going to get anywhere here think again, technology is flawed and the complaints role in from every angel. If you see a posting for this job skip it unless you want to be miserable every day.
