Interview
I had an in-person interview with my local project manager, followed by a phone interview with my actual project manager in Rochester, NY. Both interviews were fairly casual, but consisted of questions about my background, clarification of duties and skills, discussion of the job, very standard. They paid attention to my degree, which I liked.

Interviewed by one person and the offered the job in 3 hours they didn't have much to ask from me. I believe the interview has less HR skills than needed to do an interview
