Pros

Benefits, convenient office location, helpful and kind co-workers (excluding Management)

Cons

The CEO hires managers who know little/nothing about the department(s) they are asked to manage. Some do not even have a basic understanding of how the company runs. It's embarrassing. Very little room to grow - unless you want to go into Research. Also demoralizing how hard-working and honest co-workers are let go - just to supposedly save money, at the expense of quality going downhill. Never has Management asked for the employees' feedback, yet want to spend $$$ on hiring "experts" from the outside. Also, like the other recent reviewer pointed out, people who are left to pick up the pieces/tasks when someone quits the company ought to be compensated for these extra responsibilities.

Pros

There is no one at this company who is coasting, everyone is competent and invested in providing the best product and service to clients and in each other's success. It's a small company so you get to know your coworkers well. If you have ideas for fun culture-building outings or activities leadership will support them. A great balance of structured work with freedom to explore and grow. Can't recommend Competiscan enough as an early/mid career option.

Cons

The company is a little confused whether it's in a growth phase or is trying to maintain the status quo. There is a lot of potential with future products and with the team in place, continue to trust their initiatives.
