Pros
I've been super happy working at Competiscan. The work is fun and engaging, I have a great work-life balance, there's a lot of room for internal growth and the company is on a great growth track. The small company culture also means that there are pretty flat hierarchies, and most everyone has an open-door policy (meaning easy access to the decision-makers). Lately, there have been a lot of internal cultural changes, all for the better. All in all, it's a great place to work!
Cons
People are very focused on their work and tend to keep to themselves a lot, creating a very quiet environment that can come across as unfriendly at times. Also, training lacks the structure it needs.
