Pros
- Very flexible working hours, management is very understanding about conflicts and will work with you.
- Little to no supervision but managers and co-workers are always there to lend a hand.
Cons
- A lot of Excel, especially at the beginning, however your projects will become more creative as time goes on.
- No employee morale at all, I left not knowing a single person outside of work.
- Not a lot of upward mobility, individuals stay in roles for a long time and usually retire out of the company, its just one of those types of agencies.
