      Pros

      entertaining to watch the crazy nonsense and people lying to your face.

      Cons

      The company is failing and one of the owners is bankrupt and doing shady things with money. He tried to fire the other 2 owners and our 401K deposits would be taken from checks but not put in our retirement. He also randomly fired people and gave all the employees helping him lie fat paychecks and new positions they arent qualified for.

      Compass Marketing is a great place to work because it is founded on a unique business plan. The company is small and growing so there is room for advancement.

      Cons

      While the location of Compass is great, the facility is a bit small for the rate at which the company is growing.
