      Coworkers are amazing and pay is decent.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t care about anything but money. Zero support and shady practices. They’re always up to something but keep it a secret until the very last minute and then have no answers for anything. For a mental health company, this job has been the absolute worst for my mental health.

      Pros

      Only positive is the individuals working face to face with clients daily. Caring and supportive.

      Cons

      Leadership does not listen to the concerns of staff. Raise a concern and then become the target. Very understaffed in all departments on the behavioral health side. Staff work in fear.
