I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Compass Health Network (Wentzville, MO)
Interview
Met with recruiter, direct supervisor over the role, and director of the department. All were really nice and interested in getting to know me and my background. This was a role overseeing clinical staff, so the interview questions were about both clinical skills and leadership experience. None of the questions were unnecessarily difficult or irrelevant, and everyone was very straightforward about role expectations, salary, benefits, etc. It was a great experience and I got an offer pretty immediately after the call. From my initial recruiter contact on LinkedIn, all the way through the end of my onboarding training several weeks later, everyone I met at Compass was very transparent, professional, and supportive. They really want you to succeed and feel welcomed at each step of the process.

Question 1
Describe a time you solved a problem in a unique way
Includes an HR representative and one to two members of your team. They ask typical questions about strengths and how you might handle a situation as well as what you expect in a supervisor. Fairly easy. Often via Teams. They need employees.
