      Pros

      Good salary and nice peers

      Cons

      It is a mess. No long term strategy along with changes of direction at frequent intervals. Senior management turnover is largely zero, while at delivery level it is high, often forced on the employees concerned. Accountability at senior level is non-existent. They are lucky enough to have massive reserves and pretty much guaranteed income, none of which is the work of the current bunch.

      Great Leadership (Todd is awesome). Visionary and community oriented. Educating millions for successful careers in tech. Community Oriented

      Cons

      I cannot think of any, but things will play out now that they have been aquired. I think they will do even better, but time will tell.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great work culture, great team environment.

      Cons

      Had a lot of restructuring then ended up selling to private equity firm and half the company got let go. With new PE owners, hard to say is all the pros I've listed are still true.
