- Engineers are skilled. - Team members are usually friendly - There is a sense of doing 'new things' - Benefits like insurance, work from home options, leaves, gym, memberships are good.
Cons
- Non existent management in Engineering, managers are like senior software engineers at best. - Poor communication across all levels. - Each team is a silo very little cross team communication. - HR is next to useless, you'll meet them only on the first and last day of your job. - Unprofessional conduct and communication by managers. - Little to no trainings for employees to develop. - Zero employee development plans.
