Filled with fluff no substance - Salesperson Commvault Employee Review

The management is so out of touch. They overwork the employees and think nothing of ignoring compensation! They are all about implementing nonsense programs that only look good on paper but do not work in application- the management is not concerned about staying connected to their teams. This company actually rewards those who do “nothing” and the observant -hard -workers get no recognition or $ rewards. They are too concerned with fluff and PC nonsense- at this time ! the product is STILL quality- however This can not remain because behind the scenes they are a mess!
