None - great organization to work for

Working for an FQHC clinic is rewarding if you like taking care of people in a healthcare setting that you know would be turned away from other situations based on their ability to pay. Community Heatlh Care is a great place to care for people. The people that work for CHC are like family within each department.

The pay is not verry competitive due to the nature of the non-profit. Unfortunately, this means that we don't always have the best people for the job. Not to knock anyone that works there, but sometimes you can tell a level of professionalism from people with experience working for higher pay jobs and those that have not worked for other organizations so have no experience with the way things could work.
