I interviewed in May 2021 for one of the company’s urgent care clinics. The turnover here is so great (likely due to laughably non-competitive salaries, general understaffing at all the clinics, and lack of quality, comprehensive training for positions) that I was coached by an HR representative on what questions would likely be asked and given suggestions on how to answer them. I was interviewed by a panel of 4-5 managers and was not informed of my clinical placement until I was offered the job. The interview was relatively short and easy and I was offered the position within three hours of completing it. Also CHC does not drug test as a condition of employment and only tests employees if they have strong reason to suspect employees are intoxicated at work.
