Pros

They care about their employees and the people they serve. They gave us Fridays off in the Summer Months to enjoy ourselves, they promoted from within, and were a great functioning organization with high retention rates.

Cons

They didn't pay as much.

Cons

A small organization that sometimes has difficulty meeting the large needs of the community due to a lack of resources.

Focused on community needs, very diverse staff, great office location, support and trust within the communities it serves, good benefit package, flexible scheduling options

Cons

Low pay compared to private sector, lots of "drama", aggressive communication style on part of team, lack of guidance and training on part of executive team.
