- very genuine, thoughtful and caring staff - arguably the greatest flexibility you will find at any job in your lifetime (very understanding and generous with time off) - incredible benefits across the board (health insurance is A+, also provide dental and vision, cell phone plan, other device benefits) - an unmistakably loving and graceful church - nearly scandal-free (very few moral failures) - diverse backgrounds across staff and members - a very welcoming atmosphere - exceptional in developing fresh, new staff/leaders - willing to take chances

- lacks unity across staff (division) - upper leadership placates and doesn't always stand firm in convictions - low pay-scale relative to other churches - lack of clear direction at times - in need of a greater sense of accountability for staff not meeting expectations - too driven by metrics
