I was throughly excited for this job and spent time on my application. The Executive Pastor of Ministries reached out to me to invite me to an initial online interview, and was seeing if I was ok for relocation. I responded almost immediately that I was ok with relocation, but received no response. I was eventually ghosted. Fifteen days later, I received a rejection. No interview, even though they wanted to do an initial online interview. I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism that was displayed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Community Christian Church (Tamarac, FL) in May 2020
Interview
Fairly easy! It took approximately 1 week for the interview process, but mainly because most of my catalog had been serving for free for years before going into it part time as an internship. It’s a great place to work and serve! (This was 2018 at the time)
