Pros
- great benefits 8% employee 401k match, close to 4 weeks of paid vacation - flexible, employer and management are sensitive to race/gender issues - friendly for working moms, employee gets to take maternity leave (although the 2 employees that do are there for at least 5+years) - friendly co-workers and upper management
Cons
- depending on what team you are placed under. but the finance team or the immigration/organizing team, from what i heard, is definitely more stressful - doesn't seem to have any room for growth in my position
