Great benefits overshadowed by toxic work environment - Senior Organizer Community Change Employee Review

Horrible communication from leadership. Directions change constantly. Poorly trained supervisors and unaccountable leadership. Also the unnecessary competition amongst staff for promotion and positioning creates a toxic work environment. More egos than purpose is rampant. I low key hate this place but the money is good and you can be your way to job security until layoff season comes around.
