Clinical experience, team atmosphere, open relationships with leadership, community engagement with clients and staff, great agency mission.
Cons
Low pay for staff with Masters degree. $19/hour for a masters degree and full licensure is insulting. Awful high deductible insurance plans. Minimal focus of staff's wellness. Clients (no matter the appropriateness of fit, willingness for treatment, etc) are more valuable than staff.
