After a missed call, when I tried to reply the call would not get picked up. Seems like no one was working the desk. This went on back and forth for several weeks, I found another job by the time I was able to connect to a real life human.

Brief phone interview with HR, then moved on to in-person interview with unit supervisor. HR was very responsive and the whole process was fast and efficient. I was given an offer the day after the in-person interview.

The interview process was very basic and started with the usual "tell me about a time..." questions and ending with "do you have any questions for me..." from the supervisor.

Quick paper work that got straight to the point asked direct simple questions about work ethic work experience and general questions like that also asked about past jobs and how did it go with that so basically everything you’d expect from a basic interview with the additional questions about how would you handle a mental or older client in any given situation
