Commsor is a fast-paced, agile, fun, and competitive with salary and benefits. Anyone can make a difference no matter what role they start in, ability to move between departments is high, and the brand is recognizable.

Like any true startup, Commsor has reinvented itself twice which can be frustrating to those that like stability. That being said, any startup is chaotic and requires ability to pivot at any time, so not really a con, more so a preference.

Like any true startup, a wild and fun rollercoaster that requires many hats. Perfect for someone who wants to be able to "go outside their box" and get creative with their role. Fully remote, flexible work hours, and well funded to be able to test out various strategies.
