No tests on FE side, no testers. - Toxic colleague - Poor CD processes - Weird-looking product strategy (one day CEO just decided to remove 1/3 of the app without any serious analysis and research) - Developers stick to code in a "crap" environment and expect people to stick to it as well. Any attempt to point out problems cause them saying "we're a start-up, we have no time". - I decided to quit Commsor after negative feedback (I had same response feedback for them too. I was instantly blocked everywhere) - Selfish CEO (Mac). It's awful to post on LinkedIn stuff like "We are CEOs should hear people and care about employees and clients," and in reality, when it comes to real actions be fake and lay off people with no opportunity for them to say "Thx" and "Goodbye". - Fake company values
