Pros, working around good, knowledgeable people on the floor.

Cons

HR is pitiful, you have an issue they do not intervene. Owens there is knowledgeable but needs to learn how to speak to people. She also needs to not spread her assumptions to other departments about one of her employee’s health then say he is faking. Did 20 years in AFSOC why would I need to lie about coming to work there? Good luck with HR or anyone trying to correct her. Training, your spoon fed knowledge and required to do tasks that you were not shown. Lastly, the retaliatory acts need to be stopped once an individual reports to HR. Great place to work but talking to people like they are kids has to stop.

You do get to be around some of the biggest Private Jets in the world

Cons

Where do I begin? The whole management structure is set up to keep lower level employees broke, you will make more money working for amazon than being an engineer here!
