They did not have the decency to let me know I wasn't selected for the position. I'm still "waiting" to hear from them almost 3 months later. It all worked out in the end because it wasn't a place I would've worked. They are looking for workaholics who like to be overcrowded in a workspace. No, thank you!

Interview
Phone interview first, then flew me into do an onsite interview. During the day of the interview, brought me into an interview with all the Group Leads which was a panel interview. They all took turns asking questions. After the interview, I interviewed with the other engineers where they were interested in how I would improve processes or handle many changes

Interview
Sheetmetal lead approached me and asked if I was interested in a position. Filled out application and was hired 2 weeks later. It really was that easy. I never had to talk with Human resources or any managers. The experience was not stressful at all.
