Pros
Meeting interesting people. Traveling to areas one would never think to drive to. Made new friends with other agents.
Cons
Management doesn't have a clue what the real world is all about. There is absolutely no excuse for not producing, not even a 500 year flood that devastated my hometown and made any travel impossible.
