Pros

Positive work environment at office good initial training in Chicago

Cons

Personally, my manager did all of the work for me the first week, so I didn't get much of an idea of doing things on my own. They give you leads that are a vast majority from people who already have the insurance, making it harder to get appointments and sell new products. Also, I am not a huge fan of having to go to REQUIRED awards meetings 2 or more hours away from home and not being reimbursed for the travel costs.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. While we do provide leads for our agents, most successful agents work hard at cultivating and maintaining their own customer base. Many have a lot of success asking for referrals from their current customers. We can understand how extra travel may not be convenient, but the goal of these meetings is to build comraderie, share best practices and cheer on our successful agents while encouraging those agents who need more support. We are here to help support you-if you would like to give us more detail on how we can help you with the training you need, please email us at feedback@combined.com. We wish you all the best in your future here with us!

Pros

The people I work with

Cons

Higher up management expects so much out of you. Keeps asking for more and more responsibility without a pay raise.
