      Pros

      During my time here as a current employee, I genuinely feel like I've learned a lot more than I ever would anywhere else. The people on staff are dedicated, and want to see you succeed. They treat you as a colleague, not a subordinate, and that means a lot coming from my last job, where it was quite the contrary.

      Cons

      The pay could certainly be better. This however is balanced by the benefits that other local businesses really don't offer. My outlook with this job is fantastic, if in my time there I find the job security I need in order to feed, shelter, and house my family.

      Pros

      The IT team provided a collaborative environment that allowed me to learn from experienced colleagues, exchange ideas, and grow significantly in both my technical skills and professional development. I gained valuable experience and had many positive opportunities throughout my time in the role.

      Cons

      At times, communication between the IT team and other departments could have been improved, though I did see positive progress being made during my time there.

      Pros

      Clean work environment. Climate controlled due to type of work. Good start and end time.

      Cons

      Not fully transparent on how the ESOP works. Doesn’t pay nearly enough for the type of work and quality that is expected. Incompetent management due to failure to hire off of experience instead of relationship to current director. Has hired several temps that were pedophile rapists or violent offenders. Supervisors are not held to the same standard as manufacturing workers. Have been known to give overtime to temporary employees over full-time even when requested.
