I loved my time there and management was awesome to work with. Despite the highly educated and experienced managers, extremely laid back environment and no micromanagement. Great people and there was always opportunities to learn and do new things.

The size of the company basically left little room for growth and promotions. I would have remained with the company longer but I needed to leave to advance my career.

There is always a lot of work to do - but in my entire professional experience, I have never felt more a part of a cohesive team than at Colloquy. There were tight deadlines, but everyone jumps in, rolls up their sleeves and does whatever it takes to get the job done. - The offices are nice - Management makes sure you have what you need to get your job done - Everyone is super nice, and helpful - Internal politics are minimal

Because the company is small, there are few, if any, opportunities for internal advancement or promotion - Which really sucks, because I would have stayed there forever if that wasn't the case.
