Colloquy interview questions

Was very straight-forward. I was sent an email after my application was processed and an interview was setup. The manager was traveling so the interview was done via Skype. I interviewed with two team members and my direct manager. After the interview I was told that they would get back to me in about a week. They came back with an offer in about 3 days.

there was an initial recruiter interview and this was folllowed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. then there was an in person interview with the vp and hiring manager. both interviewers asked about my work history and behavioral/situational interview questions and asked if I had any questions to ask. at the end after an offer was placed, there was a background/criminal search and reference check
