A great work environment, excellent senior managerial support, and an amazing entrepreneurial style culture. Senior management is interested in keeping a family-like environment and investing in high-quality human resources. The Regional/Managing Director, Jen, is an exceptional human being with a vast understanding of coworkers' interests and a warm human touch and empathy in interpersonal relationships.
Cons
Property managers burn out due to sometimes too many properties under their supervision, and too many software implementations in a short period of time.
