      • Assistant to Managing Director • Organize calendars and schedules for up to 13 brokers at a time • Coordinate Request for Proposals and Proposals for brokers • Extract all lease information from Fully Executed Lease for billing purpose • Enter Lease Execution Date, Lease Commencement Date, Lease Expiration Date into billing system • Produce invoice to bill according to Lease Terms • Confirm payment received on transactions • Coordinate Lease Renewals with broker

      Pros

      -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

      Cons

      -Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
