Pros
I worked in the Miami office of Pointe Group, acquired by Colliers. This review specifically applies to the Miami office. Great work life balance. As in nobody does any work, shows up early or leaves late. People are generally friendly and easy going. The property management group is Miami has a stronger platform than the brokerage arm, which needs a lot of development.
Cons
Senior leadership exhibits inexperience, ineffective communication, lack of intelligence, and inability to work effectively and quickly. This is a not a challenging work environment, and I would not recommend it to someone looking to develop themselves professionally.
