Pros

Some of the top brokers working for the company and it seems like corporate is trying to get on the right track.

Cons

Poor structure of support staff and lack of resources. They need help with communication and goal-setting from top down. Slow in modernizing processes, systems, etc. If you're not a broker, you don't really matter to the company because you're a cost and don't bring in money $$ like the brokers do.

Pros

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Cons

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
