Pros
Competitive pay. A+ office building with amazing view. Constant effort to improve efficiency in ways that make sense. Team efforts to balance workload and staff appropriately to handle extra projects. Lots of positive attitudes and excitement for the future. They are picky about who they hire, so if you get the opportunity it's worth it.
Cons
Super high expectations (however not necessarily a bad thing) but can lead to feeling scrutinized even as a high performer. No help with high parking costs. Employee's cost of benefits is higher than normal.
