Pros
Decent benefits. Flexible schedule at times (work from home). Very reliable, responsive, helpful IT team (valuation IT team). That's all.
Cons
Expectation is a bit high from management to trainee level. Poor management structure with lots of grey areas. Very minimal training available. Zero respect or consideration for any employee who has an opinion. Unless you plan on working here forever or don't mind being micro managed/spoken down to often, I don't recommend this work place as a positive encouraging environment because they'll turn their back on you the second you mention looking at other opportunities or resign. Saw this happen on multiple occasions. Tip to management: conduct exit interviews. Perhaps that would have helped explain the 50% turnover rate in 1 week in a single region.
