      Pros

      The company did have money before the recession hit and had decent Christmas parties. The location downtown was also convenient for meeting with potential clients and prospects

      Cons

      Some of the partners are looking for a paper jockey. If you're looking for advancement, it's important to work under the right partner. If not, it's likely that you will end up as a glorified secretary.

      Pros

      -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

      Cons

      -Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
