Overall good hard working people that try to do right by as many people as they can. Ethical group and generally pleasant work environment.
Cons
In the midst of trying to navigate a changing industry but standard operating procedure has worked for so long, and continues to by and large which makes it harder to rally around a sense of urgency - change is slow. The industry is set up much the same way it was 25 years ago and old habits are hard to break. These are not local issues in isolation, much of the commercial real estate industry everywhere is similar. Likewise, Commercial Real Estate is generally low paying unless your are an experienced broker, and career growth is very limited outside of being a broker due to the nature of the small independently run offices - particularly in tertiary markets like Albuquerque.
