Great place, but not for everyone - Anonymous employee Collective[i] Employee Review

I interned at Collective[i] in a sales role, The leadership team is really supportive and gets in the trenches with the staff. It's a learning culture and they are the real deal on AI. It's sophisticated technology.

The product was expensive, compared with competitors. A lot of companies would rather cut costs with a B+ product than spend on an A+ one. Maybe that's changed with OpenAI.

I think the company 's pretty lucky to have hired resilient and skilled employees.

I'll say that overall, Collective's management is ridiculously cheap! From our pay and benefits, company equipments and supplies, to every little thing we see and use were paid at the cheapest price! But everyone and everything were overused and abused until they breakdown and that includes the people!
