Pros

Close to downtown Fort Lauderdale. They offer a parking spot.

Cons

Myself and 2 others all started on the same day - On the first day we were trained on the basics/ day to day duties. The second day just myself and one of the other new employees had shown up, the other had been let go by email. We only knew they were let go because that employee found us on Facebook to let us know. Nobody referenced why this employee hadn't shown up. I made it a whole 4 days before I got my email, that I was fired. No clue what happened to the lucky 3rd employee. I had just moved to the area and was looking for jobs, so being let go didn't affect me as much - The first employee who was let go quit their job to work at Collateral Management. In writing this review, I hope to prevent anyone else taking this job as a serious career move. The place was a joke, they lack professionalism and everyone is scared of the CEO, Jessica.

Pros

I was really trying to think of something, and I can't...OK there was a one time they bought pizza. Yea that's it.

Cons

This was probably the weirdest company I've ever worked for. The owner only speaks to the employees that she likes (mostly management) they are very impersonal and unapproachable, they come off like they are better than you. And while there I witness so many racist statements from the management. They will not train you property or communicate what their expectations are, you have to just kind of figure it out some how. They fire you by email, so you will never see it coming and they don't have to face you when it happens so you will have anxiety everyday wondering if you will get that email, and that's not the worst part, I was asked my salary expectations and schedule needed during the interview, they extremely low balled me and gave me the schedule I told them I couldn't work (they later fixed the schedule thing) this company could be a good place to work if they acted just a little like they cared about the people they hired, it seems like they don't. The turnover is rediculous, I've never so many people get let go in such a short period of time . I've worked at many different place and this is not me being disgruntled, they need to work on their people skills seriously.
