Pros

Everyone there hates their job so if you ever get yelled at for no reason or have the urge to quit on the spot then there's many other employees to vent to and feel somewhat better that at least you're not the only one that gets treated like crap. Whether that's a pro or not I'm not sure.

Cons

Know that going into this job you will be expected to know everything right off the bat. If "you're not getting it" after the first week or two, you will be fired. The CEO will just email you telling you you're fired. You will be expected to stay over the time that your supposed to leave. If you leave at your scheduled time, then you are a "clock watcher" and will probably get fired. One time I saw someone get fired for bringing chili for lunch in a ziplock. The CEO thought that was weird and fired him. There is zero job security and the turnover rate is extremely high. You will be publicly ridiculed and everyone will talk to you like you're stupid. Upper management is a game of who can suck up to the CEO the most. They will all talk crap about you so that everyone else in the office can also hear. They give unrealistic expectations of what they want and then act like you had been sitting there doing nothing when it doesn't get finished, or something gets missed. No matter how hard you work you will still get in trouble for something and they will all talk about how stupid you are publicly. Your self esteem will reach new lows. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to the fake reviews on here.

Our employees have been with us for years and couldn't be happier. it is unfortunate when people lie about their previous experience to get a job they are not qualified for. We certainly can understand how you would feel like you do not know anything. We are always searching for qualified candidates who are honest and hard working. We wish you all the best and it has been a pleasure meeting you and working with you. Thank you again!

Pros

Close to downtown Fort Lauderdale. They offer a parking spot.

Cons

Myself and 2 others all started on the same day - On the first day we were trained on the basics/ day to day duties. The second day just myself and one of the other new employees had shown up, the other had been let go by email. We only knew they were let go because that employee found us on Facebook to let us know. Nobody referenced why this employee hadn't shown up. I made it a whole 4 days before I got my email, that I was fired. No clue what happened to the lucky 3rd employee. I had just moved to the area and was looking for jobs, so being let go didn't affect me as much - The first employee who was let go quit their job to work at Collateral Management. In writing this review, I hope to prevent anyone else taking this job as a serious career move. The place was a joke, they lack professionalism and everyone is scared of the CEO, Jessica.

Pros

Decent location. There's a Rok burger down the street. That's about it...

Cons

Where to begin! As other authentic/real reviews have stated, the CEO/management has a high school mentality. Favoritism runs rampant. The CEO expects you to read her mind and judges those who do not either silently or passive aggressively (I.E, speaks loudly of employees to her favorites so that the rest of the office can hear). You are micromanaged in every sense of the word. It's not a coincindence that all the 1-2 star reviews describe the same negative environment. Avoid this place at all cost if you wish to be treated with respect and dignity.
