They love to micromanage. Required to be on camera for the entire shift during and after training. Have an over abundance of bosses, yet no one knows what we’re supposed to do. They love to use the word “pivot.” But really they’re just giving you whiplash. The company’s name is definitely a misnomer, and should’ve been called “incoherent health” instead.
They love favoritism, tattling and spying and treating employees like kindergartners. The company culture is that of Karen’s, spying to grab screenshots and recordings and then taking them to supervisors to get you in trouble for the tiniest of things, (ex, someone got in trouble because the camera couldn’t see their entire face, another before they accidentally spoke to their spouse while in Audio while performing an off the phone function) in hopes of getting ahead. You can have ALL of this for a measly, $17.50-$18.50 a hour.
