Pros
Remote work, management, flexibility, PTO, holidays off. I love working remote, and I love that I don’t feel micromanaged. Do your job, do what you are supposed to do, don’t be lazy and distracted while working, and you will be fine. Productivity expectations are really high, but a goal is supposed to be higher than the average. Management is great. Shout out to all of our supervisors because they are amazing. I feel like the people who have left the bad reviews either did not perform well, or were just really struggling and blamed it on the wrong people. This place is great, what we are trying to do is amazing, and I can honestly say going somewhere else to work has never crossed my mind. If we have openings, apply. We have a great team of nurses.
Cons
I am not a huge fan of Slack, but there isn’t really a better alternative at the moment. Also, you are required to be on zoom, on camera, all day during your shift. Some people might have an issue with that.
