      Pros

      Great environment. Senior Management really cares about their people, and working with very interesting firm's in the digital space. Good work-life balance, and good company activities. There's a clear line for advancement and progression within the firm.

      Cons

      A bit more training would be better for new employees

      Pros

      They have a great book of business with clients that pay on time.

      Cons

      They're running a Ponzi Scheme. They're currently under guidance from HMRC (UK Tax Authority) to pay back loans. Unfortunately they're paying these loans (and other contractors) with cash from accounts that should have been paid directly to contractors they recruited. This is called a Ponzi Scheme
