RUN, do not Walk, from this company!!! - Sales Coface Employee Review

This company does not care about it's sales people at all. They have no infrastructure, no training, no sales incentives. They revamped the comp plan this year to basically make it impossible to make any type of real money. They put unrealistic goals on both new and veteran agents and they cut salaries at will. They treat their policy holders just as bad. They raise premiums, cut coverage...for no reason, other than to cover their tails. No loyalty to anyone but themselves. Pathetic.
